VOCAL MATERIALS

The vocal audition pieces were chosen for their variety and difficulty, representing just a portion of the cast. If the lines you prepare do not match one of the solos, then please use a chorus audition piece. The material is marked where you need to start and stop for the audition.

 

Keep in mind your overall portrayal of the character through blocking, gestures, and facial expressions. If you audition for a lead role, then you MUST have your piece memorized; otherwise, it is acceptable to use your material during the audition.
